"The boogeyman" is a folkloric or legendary ghostlike monster often believed in by children. It is said that a wart can be transmitted to someone by the bogeyman.1 Bogeymen may be said to target a specific mischief – for instance, a bogeyman that punishes children who suck their thumbs – or general misbehavior."

Take the pen and paper and write what kind of spirit you want around you, the light the the black/white candle. Say these words:

Then slay your sacrifice to his energy signature

• If that candle stayed lit then they will leave soon
