First, take the rose petal and rip it up. While doing so, chant,"This person shall know not of what is coming. They shall not speak of this at all. They shall not tell anyone anything, for their lips shall be shut. Forever."
Now transfer your 2 drops of power on to the ripped up petal. Pick the petal and power up and throw it on the person you want to shush.

#5002 - Sleeping
This is very simple yet very effective. I use this myself many nights. Now make sure you have all of the ingredients. Lighting a candle may sooth you. Depends on the person. Get comfortable.
Before you go to bed chant in a silent comfortable voice:
"Spirits of the Night,
Help me this week.
Spirits of the Night,
Help me gain sleep". (x3)
Outcome: It shouldn't make you go to bed instantly, but to let you awake in a relaxed state. You may not ALWAYS be relaxed but you should at least feel more rested than usual.

Draw a circle on the paper with six lines off it and circles at the end of those. Place the stone in the middle circle and write the letters in the word spirit in the outer circles. Now say
"Upon this I cast
My spirits life and past
Guide me and help
As spirits last"

#5005 - Casting A Circle
''With the casting of this circle I invite (Add name of Goddess) and (Add name of God) to my spell and ask that I be protected from all negative influences, I ask that only spirits of light be allowed to remain, only positive energies be allowed to participate.'' Once you reach North again draw a pentacle in the air in front of you. No your circle is cast.
If you need to leave the circle ''draw'' a door. Then ''erase'' the door when you re-enter.
Patching holes in the circle is easy to, Imagine the hole closing and flow energy into it.
Closing the circle, Thank all Gods and Goddesses for attending, as well as any elements. The turn counter clockwise from North and say
''I draw the energy of the circle back into myself and ask that only spirits of goodness and light be allowed to remain. I banish all negativity.''
You no longer have a circle :)

#5007 - Harm an Evil Person
If you have natural antipathy - hatred or fear - you can use this to harm someone who has hurt someone innocent. If an animal has been killed, for instance a bull, his heart can be used to hurt the person responsible.
If someone has hurt you, take something personal (a lock of hair for instance) and put it under your pillow while you sleep. Chant: "Such anger, such hate and fear". You can also feed the hair to the person who hurt you.

#5008 - Make Lover Attentive
This is for when you have a lover but he or she is not as attentive as you would wish.
Sit before a dying fire and gaze into it, clearing your mind of all but thoughts of your lover. Have a small basket of laurel leaves between your knees. Keeping your gaze fixed on the fire, dip your left hand into the basket, take out a handful of leaves, and toss them onto the fire. As they burst into flames, chant out loud the following:
"Laurel leaves that burn in the fire,
Draw unto me my heart's desire."
Wait until the flames have died down, then repeat the action. Do it a third time. Within 24 hours your lover will to visit you.

Move in the direction away from your body. Start with the top of your head and move towards the soles of your feet.
Orange: As you work with the orange think of all the people you may have hurt in the past, by being mean, being angry, being rude. Feel the guilt, and allow yourself to cry. When you are ready to move on say the following; “I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.” This is a powerful affirmation from Joe Vitale.
Lemon: Think of all the people who may have hurt you. They may have hurt you intentionally, they may have hurt you with no bad intentions, but it still hurt you. Allow yourself to feel this hurt. Yes! Its not okay but it happens. When you are ready to really let this go and move forward say the following; ” You hurt me, but I will not allow this pain to control my life. I forgive you”(Allow yourself to feel at peace and feel that you have really forgiven them.)
Lime: Think of yourself. We punish ourselves more than anyone else. We are so mean and judgmental to ourselves but this is our lives, You are pretty enough. You are smart enough. How do you treat yourself? Why don’t you love yourself? Why do you hurt yourself? Let it go. Resolve to change your life and be the person you always wanted to be. Have low self esteem because you are overweight? Resolve to do better. Resolve to do better in all that you do. Hug yourself. Be one with yourself and when you are ready say the following; “I forgive myself for whatever misgivings or short comings I have had in the past. I resolve to take 100 percent responsibility for my life and I am ready to be happy. I accept happiness.”
Clap out the black candle and discard away from your home. When you have finished this you will feel weak and emotionally drained. You may want to go to sleep after this process. If you still are battling with the pain of the past you may repeat this process as often as needed.
**WARNING** You will be leaving a candle unattended to go into the shower.Put the candle in a safe place where it can burn, such as the fireplace, on a candle holder, etc...
