Alright, so to control the wind, say, or whisper "wind, wind, wind" as you focus on feeling the air.

Say "God of fire help me control the flames. Goddess of water help me put out the flame so mote it be"

Put 1 drop of blue dye on/in the trinket. Say, "Oh gods and godesses, make me a storm bearer and forever hold my will. So mote it be."

Chant three times: "God and goddesses of fire, please make a fire ball in my hands So Mote It Be!"

First you need to hold up your arms and raise your head to the sky and say this "tem pest rest cir rect um" and that should shoot wind out.
