Introduction
Merry meet. I go by the names of either Angel or Lux. I have been a solitary eclectic practitioner for quite some time. It started out with a deck of tarot cards that eventually lead me to researching a variety of subjects and symbolism. The more I read, the more confusion entered my life, for I was raised as a Christian. Yet, my motivation to understand more of this life, both physically and metaphysically, has increased along with this. I long to understand more about myself as well, for I have a duality of light and dark sides in constant battle, but they cannot survive without each other. No matter how hard I tried to escape, this path continues to call my name. I eventually heed its calling and surrender to it. Today, I am proud to call myself a magic practitioner. You may call me a witch if you like.
There is so much to learn in this life. Take everything with a grain of salt and learn from your own experiences. When opportunities come, do not hesitate. Take the chance and explore otherwise opportunity will pass. For, in the end, we only regret the chances we did not take. Life will never be easy. We faced many obstacles that will bring so much pain. Remember the lessons of the Lotus Flower. Growth is painful, but that is how we become the best version of ourselves. Out of the murky waters sprouts a lotus flower, refined and beautiful. Hence, we are constantly refining ourselves to become something beautiful.
