Spread: Celtic Cross
The first card, the card that covers me, is the sun.
This card depicts the sun shining down upon a field of fertile and radiant sunflower plant, with a young child wearing a crown of smaller flowers, riding on a white horse away from it. This child appears to be holding or touching a large rug
The sun card represents (in this spread, to me) Truth, logic, optimism, self control, attainment, creative inspiration, creative expression, hope, energy, and emotional well being
People it could represent, are father figures freinds or leaders, mentors or teachers.
Th old man crippled with years of burdening himself steps out of the shadows of his own mind, and is transformed into a careless child. He is carried away by a divine animal, from all of his fears and worries.

The Second Card, that which I will cross, for good or bad, is the six of cups.
This card depicts a young man giving a bunch of white flowers to a female child. they are standing in the center of a large town, or small city, judging by the tower behind them. A gaurd is seen in the background standing ever vigilant.
This card Represents, innocence, childhood memories, old lost friends or lovers, a honest talk, Emotional renewal, celebration, family values
People it may represent include, old freinds, those we consider family, one from our childhood, one with connections to our past.
A man in the safety of his home, recives an unexpected visitor, who turns out to be an old lost freind. They engage in speech for hors on end, re-living old memories, and having the time of their lives. Forgotten memories are remembered, and when that friend leaves, both parties are filled with feeling of renewal and forfillment

This card depicts a sole figure standing on te edge of a never ending ocean. in his hand is a goblet, in the goblet, is a fish.
This card in reverse represents immaturity, insecurity, escapism, isolation shallowness, muddled thinking, flirtation, drug and alchohol abuse, faded relationships, unhappiness, dropping out, repetitive action.
People it may represent include, a drop out, a spoiled child, an alchoholic or addic, a dreamer or visionary, a muddled thinker, a slefish person, an immature person.
I can think of no story but my own. A drug addict who cares nothing, but for himself, turns away from those who influence him, and begins to make up to those he has wrng, only then can ge begin to feel happiness, and whole again

The fourth card, that which is begind me, is death reversed.
This card depicts a reaper riding a horse over a body of a king. surrounding the body is two kneeling children, and a preist. one child has his head turned in disgust, or fear, or mourning for his lost king/father, The other is looking straight ahead holding a bunch of flowers. It appears the horse will trample them. the preist is standing to the left, of the horse and is praying. in the distance the sun is rising.
This card in reverse represents the resitance of needed change, clinging to the past, taking an extreme viewpoint, depression, bullheadedness, and fear of change.
A man is walking down a road to salvation, and he comes upon a split in the path. one road leas through a barren desert, the other through a thick forest filled with wild animals. both are challenging routes, yet they lead to the same place. instead of choosing a road, and continuing, he elects to live out his life at the split.

The fifth card, the card that crowns me, is the swo of staves reversed.
This card depicts a scholar or noble man, standing ontop of a high wall, looking at the world in front of him, in one hand, he is holding a staff, in the other a globe of the world.
This card in reverse represents, anticlimax, mis-givings, disagreements, self dout loss of interest, potentials not realized, bad news, failed negotiations, abuse of wealth or power.
people this may represent include a proud troublemaker, one who doubts themselves, an incompetent partner.
Two angels stand on top of a cliff, one looks down, and trembles in fear then turns to his master, and says "but sir, this way is far, if i fail, surely I will die, I am not ready for this yet"
The master looks at him and says, " look up young one, see the sun in the sky? the lord has created it like he has created us to watch over the mortals, now lift up your wings, and fly, like the gaurdian you truly are!" before pushing the young angel off the cliff, and watching him plummet to his death

The sixth card, the card that is in front of me, is the reversed eight of wands.
It depicts eight staffs flying through the air, at presumeably great speeds.
this card in reverse, represents wasted energy, exsessive speed, being out of control, impusiveness, opposition, miscommunication, ttheft, fights, loss of work, delayed trip, or news, bad news, asorbing too much too fast.
people this card may represent include. someone who is pushy, ,those in a hurry to get no where
when you feel the world is moving too fast around you, there are three options. Continue at the same pace, and wait for the breakdown, Stop completely and let the world go without you, or slow down your pace, and take control. All three may be painful for a time, but only one will stop hurting

The seventh card, the card that is myself, is the seven of swords
this card depicts a man sneaking away from a war camp, carrying the soldiers swords. The soldiers are seen in the background sitting around a fire
this card represents doign the unexpected, guile, cunning, trickery, cleverness, escape, insincerity, thoughts of travel, discreet managment, evasive or illict tactics, diplomacy, discresion, indirect action, brain over brawn, need for professional advice, an unique world view, self defeating actions, moving forward, feelings of defeat or deception.
it may refer to people such as, a genious, a thief, a crafty person, a sneak, a wanderer.
When in doubt use your brain, if that fails use your phalanx, if that too fails, hit someone, and run. Fast

The eight card, or my enviroment and home, is the five of swords. (Clarification: People around me, and their actions)
This card depicts a man standing near a lake (terrain is visible on the other side) holding three swords. He has an arrogant or selfish look on his face. two other men have dropped their swords, and are walking away from him towards the lake.
this card represents, woundeded pride, humiliation, arguing, ridicule/embarrasment, running, gloating, gossip, hostility, sabotage, insensitivity, cowardice, negative thinking, theft, manipulation, revenge, lying, limitations.
people that may be represented, are sore losers, those who lose face, gossipers, and trouble makers.
People are limited to what they have experienced first hand, or have been tought, be very careful when trying to push those limitations, or like the cornered dog, they will bite the hand that feeds it. Any way they can

The ninth card, my hopes/fears/expectations, is the reversed page of swords.
this card depicts a woman standing on top of a hill in the wind, practicing her swordmanship and footing.
This card, Reversed, represents, malice, hypocrisy, upsetting news, gossip, suspicion, cunning, spying, blackmail, poor health, lying, half heartedness, grievances, a forked tounge, voyeurism.
people this card may represent include, two-faced people, gossipers, hypocrites, untust worth people, a spy, an undercover cop, a delinquent.
Who is more the fool? a known liar, telling another lie, or he who belives him? the thief, or the one who trusts him and invites him into his house? The gossiper, or the man who tells him a secret? Strive to see the good in every person, but strive more to see the truth that lies deep within

The Tenth card, what is to come, is justice.
This card depicts a king sitting on his throne one hand contains a blanced scale, the other a sword.
this card represents equilibrium, harmony, restoration of balance, fairness, neutrality, strategy, carefully considered actions, preportion, intellect, rationallity,settlements, virginity, law.
people this may refer to, include, lawyers, judges, witnesses, authorities, someone who apologises
The man who strives to remain rational, in his thoughts, and just in his actions, and fair to all people, will never know fear or hate from his fellow man, He will do no wrong, and allthough man may wrong him, like water on the shore, it will wash back into the ocean, and collide upon itself
