Attuning to the elements

This can be done simply by grounding to each element.

Water I have found to be the easiest

Go into a shower and as the water flows over you visualize it going through you, going through your being and clensing out all negativity.

Earth is also fairly simple

Stand on the ground bare foot visualize your feet becoming part of the earth, the soil takes all your impurities and clenses you.


Air is getting a little more difficult

If you can feel the breeze, visualize the wind going through your being clensing all the negativity. With Air you can also visualize your self in a desert that you are made of sand and as the wind blows through your being taking bits of unwanted sand out of it.


Fire is by far the most difficult

This can be done on a sunny day, the heat of the sun burning out all the negativity. With fire as well and this is a little more dangerous you can visualize your being on fire it is burning it clean and coming out pure.


These are mearly suggestions for grounding to the elements you can find your own way to do so visualizing each element clensing your being.

(Seeing as my element is Air, it wasn't too difficult for me)
Fire, I haven't tried as of yet.

My zodiac element is Earth,BUT I find fire and Air the easiest! Fire courses, burns and dissolves, and works good with the air to circulate.

My birth right element is air, i am not good with using fire in a ritual or earth, but water and air are my knacks.

For the record i don’t believe you can control certain elements to a extent however you can use them to your advantage in a ritual.

I agree with you Barron, I believe you can only use the elements to your advantage, not actually control them.

I also think you can call certain elements to do your bidding but you cant control it, you just ask and hope it says yes.
