spell for a driver's lice

Because of medical issues and other things (more noteably not being ready), for the past 8 years since age 17 in 2001 and so I am wondering if anyone knows of any spells that might help with getting a license or even be willing to cast one for me or whatever. I think u should focus on ur health and those medical reasons first. Mabey a healing spell but im not sure what the medical reason is. But i do know that ur help and looking after ur body, mind and spirit is more important then getting ur lisence.

remember magick is not the answer to everything sometimes you got to do it just by yourself imagine that you don't even have any powers i kno its tough but magick cannot be used for just simple things you can do without magick and still call it that... thats the truth :)

I think the thing that's missing here is what if you were driving down the road and the spell ran out of energy and stopped working? I think unfortunately you will have to focuss on learning, and if there are medical reasons stopping you from driving I don't think it would be responsible to over look them for your own and other's safety on the road
