Beginner Tarot Deck

There arew many decks that can be used effectively by beginners. One key thing is to make sure that the symbolysm of the deck resonates with you. Also you will want to start with a basic standard deck of 78 cards rather than other numbered decks. I'll add a link to a place you can look at several different decks to choose from.

The Morgan Greer is better IMHO in it's symbolysm. My primary deck that I use now is the Thoth deck, I do not recommend it for beginners though there is much more to learning with this deck and it's uses and having a firm foundation in Kabbalistic symbolysm. The Golden Dawn Magical is another great deck one that beginners to advanced readers can use. The Sacred Rose is also very nice.

Something to consider when buying a tarot deck that is even more important than what is recommended to you is get one that you feel drawn to, those tend to work the best.
