It is very important that you record your experiences and insights in a journal while you doing Magick related work. Bring your journal to rituals and other magick related events, keep it near your altar, so that if a particular images comes to you during practice or pray. Such as in quiet time in closing a Circle, while they are still fresh. You then still have the advantage of being in your own sacred Circle space so that you can still ask for clarification if there is something you do not understand.

It often happens that after a magickal working, you dream are particularly vivid. If you had request guidance on, say, your path life, you may find that your answer may not come during the Circle but may appear in your Dreams. Keep your journal beside your bed or if you wish keep a separate journal especially for your dreams

Maybe the Admin will be able to add a magickal journal.
So everyone can record and write day by day his or her progress.

Moon, how do you feel ( sleepy, stressed,..),what have you done,if you had any results...
the date ,the weather rainy hot moisture,fresh windy etc etc. Name of the ritual how many times have you done it in the day.

This has been helpful, I've been wanting to start one for a while but didn't know what to put in it.

Traditionally a magical journal can range from anything from a book of recipes, spells, rituals, spiritual interaction, or... anything at all that you would put in a normal journal, dream diary, or anything else.

In some cases such a work may have a specific theme, but if it is your own journal it is merely your own magical journey.

as i made my magickal journal i've been so specific to every thing im doing. so that i will remember all the details.
