Basic fire/energy magick

It is vest done on another peson of craft(a gifted) but it can be done on others and eventually on object. This allows u take energy through touch. The main effect of this is that you take heat/electricy from another sourse into your body. It worls best(especially at first) with direct palm to skin contact. After you have contact u can either outloud(best at first) or silently(should he no negative effect) repeat the phrase -flamed that kindle and burn so bright, come to me give me your light- you should feel te other persons skin get cold very quickly(it isnt harmful to them as long as u dont take to much) and as u do this u may(depends in you) feel your palm heat up. If u already can use basic fire magick to make fire this will aid it and make it stronger. If you have become very good at this can try taking energy from smoke and then from actual flames(i myself have stuck my hand in a campfire amd i was unscathed,u may be able to put out candles by actually taking in the flame itself) i hope this was helpful even with my horrid spelling please forgive me that and if you have any questions comment or get ahold of me.
