Graveyard dirt

I have several cemetaries near my house and was wondering what graveyard dirt could be used for.

I got some fromy local wicca shop i ask them what i should get i was trying to conect with my spirit animal eith is a wolf and my main god is anubis my main goddess is kali she suggested gravedirt and catnip it worked out well. Any onr the gravedirt package says the uses so here it goes


Graveyard dirt

To aid in spell and rituals to represent the element earth or otherwise aid i spelld dealing with spirits the dead and other such necromantic

Graveyard dirt is used commonly in the making of Goofer Dust. You can use it in workings for protection, curses, and in love spells. However, you must "buy" the Graveyard dirt, you can't just take some from the ground and expect good results. You pay for the Graveyard dirt by placing some dimes, and some whiskey [optional] at the part of the grave where you got your dirt from. Be respectful of the dead. Let yourself be guided to a grave if you do not have one set in mind to dig from. You may also give a small offering such as flowers before you dig the dirt.

If one knew where a witches grave was wovld it be better to use that dirt over any random persons.

Does anyone have experience with love spells using graveyard dirt? I have dirt from my grandma and grandpa's shared grave. I "bought" it by leaving a dime and flowers and I was respectful, visiting them before I even took the dirt. I also have Valerian Root to use in my spell. I am just wondering if anyone has done this before, and if I should know anything before I do this. Thanks!
