When do you know when you reached the point of astral travel and at what point of ur meditation and spiritual growth shuld you try it?

If you take the time while along your spiritual path to assess whether you are ready to undertake the effort to astral travel, it can often lead you to knowing whether you are ready or not. However, you should be able to sustain a trance/meditative state for a fairly long period of time, be able to fairly easily work with your own energy, and work well with visualization. You won't fully know whether you are ready or not until you actually do it.
