New witch

I want to become a witch and perform spells, I just don't know where to start or begin. I'm trying to find a path that would suit me best, but it's hard. I want to honor my heritage with Louisanana Voodoo or Santeria, but it kinda scares me. I don't know what do, I'm just so lost. I need all the help I can get...

First start off by learning what magik really is. Spells rarley work. Rituals work no matter what. But you do have to have a little bit of belief. Path. You should do some research of different types. Pick one that suits you. Goodluck
