Publishing Articles

(I apologize in advance if in this is in the wrong category. The categories here are a bit confusing)
I was wondering how do I publish an article on this site?
I had some information and I wanted to write an article about it but I can't find, like a "write an article" kind of uh, button.
Are members allowed to write articles? If not, why? That would make no sense...

You need to be ranked council or higher in a coven to post spells and articles. The Spell Casters Coven automatically makes you a council member.
