Coven inactivity 30 days

I have never fully understood the feature for if a member is inactive for 30 days they automatically get removed from a coven, what is this feature for. can anyone shed some information on this, perhaps one of the sites moderation, or even petrarca

I'm assuming Petrarca made the feature, so he's the only one who would know for sure. In my opinion: If someone isn't active for 30 days, obviously they are not contributing to the coven. Why should their account sit idle in the coven when they're not actively using it?

I 100 percent agree personified, I just never understood the feature that's all, and I just wondered the whole perception of it
