Energy

When someone uses their energy to complete a certain task (like casting a spell or astral projection) do you feel the same affect as if you were just doing some degree of physical activity? Or instead do you feel mentally tired?

It depends sometimes it just mental strain and tiredness. Other times if I'm putting a of energy into something I will feel like to I need to rest or sleep
