Since Enochian was never a spoken language, and magical practitioers don't agree on the pronounciation system, you are probably not going to find one. There are a few good Enochian dictionaries, but these usually don't contain more than a few thousand words.
I've also tried to find a translator but just found the dictionaries. Those have been helpful but I also thought Latin would work too. I don't know how its spoken and that's kept me from using either language.

That's the link to a neural network trained in Enochian. It's not perfect, obviously, but you'll find some use out of it.
Gaggs already said it, Enochian isn't a spoken language. There are no correct or incorrect pronunciations. The language was created by Dr. John Dee and Sir Edward Kelley who claimed that it was the language used by angels. Although it was later used by LaVeyan satanists to represent the language of demons. Just an interesting side note.
I might be able to find a good translator, though my question would be why do you want it translating ? English should be fine for rituals and chants, and spirits don't require you to speak enochian.
Actually, when working with spirits from the Enochan system, or working with the Enochian system, utilising the Enochian language can be beneficial and induce a different state of consciousness. When utilising Enochian the theory is not that you are just speaking a different language, you are speaking a divine language not conceived of by man but delivered by the angels. I don't claim this to necessarily be true, however, it is what many practitioners believe.
Now as for the sound of the language itself I recommend Frater Yechidah's "Enochian Magic in Theory"" this book contains a good amount of information about the language which is well sourced.
Aaron Leitch has also written two book specifically about the Enochian language and has sections on pronunciation techniques as well as n extensive dictionary.
I cannot say I have found any good translators on the internet, but study of these books in particular has allowed me to write my own rituals in Enochian with some sense of structure and order.
It is my opinion not necessary to conduct an entire ritual in Enochian, it would take a great memory to be able to do that, however, I do see the value of translating important sections.
