need direction

Merry Meet to everyone, I am new to this site and coven. I am a hereditary witch 3rd degree and I am one of three leaders of my real world coven. I recently discovered that I might have some Romani heritage along with my Germanic and Welsh witch blood. I have an eclectic path, am an empath among other things. So here is my dilemma. At my covens last teaching session we pulled out the witches board. A Fae came through tied to the east and west. During out chat it came up that my other 2 coven leaders, who are married to each other, have been cursed by a former member we kicked out. She didn't have positive thoughts and she ended up cursing my people. She used their elements against them. Fire and Earth. The fae told me it was a gypsy curse. The problem is this woman doesn't know how to use true gypsy magic.
Long story short, I have tried to. Find a way to reverse or bind the curse because it's wreaking havoc on their lives. I heard family rumors about a way to curse someone with their elements and blood magic. Left handed magic. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to reverse a curse like that?
