Prsona is right, there are many online 'spell casters' who claim to cast good spells for money and then often don't even cast anything at all, and even if they do it's not as efficient as it would be if it were cast by someone close to the situation. You could do some studying on it, and maybe try a simple freezer spell to slow the situation till you can figure out what you're going to do.
I don't know about rental laws involving trailer spaces or about your area but where I live they cannot evict you out of a home without cause if it is in the middle of a lease. If the lease is over it is their legal right to not renew but they can't break the lease partway through in court if they can't provide proof that you broke the lease. If they gave you a court date, don't skip rental court like a lot of the people I know do, they automatically win in that case most of the time. I know it seems daunting to go in to eviction court but it is actually the best idea to go. My family was being evicted about a year ago and our home owners took us to court about it twice. Both times we won the case and our lease was aloud to continue. We were afraid of court but it actually turned in our favor, we did have to leave at the end of the lease though it bought us some time to find a place to go. I hope this helps you. Blessed be.
Also, do -not- make the mistake of refusing to pay rent. Right or wrong, whether you feel they deserve it or not, failure to pay rent will automaticallt default you and give them reason to evict.
The best thing you can do is go online and look up the actual legal rights. There will be a government site with rental rights. Usially it is called something like 'the tennancies act' or 'renter's rights'. ... If you are having troubles getting information you can also contact the local branch of the rental boards. Get their number, call them, and explain what is happening. They should be willing to help you understand your rights andotherwise offer advice on your options, what documents you will want to have, and what to expect. For certain processes they nay also have options for representation for a small fee.
If the landlords are doing something illegal this is your best chance to exposing it and getting it to blow up right and proper in their faces.
As for magical options I would suggest doing some research on rites of inspiration, calling for confidence, and exposing truth.
