Profiles Not Spacing

Hello! I recently joined the site and I found that my profile spacing doesn't go through, even when I add extras from the edit section. Anything I'm doing wrong, or is it a glitch that'll fix itself?

I am always having that issue but it is an easy fix. Go back to editing and highlight the word that isn't spacing and press spacebar and retype the word. Hope you're talking about that problem and fix the problem..

I am experiencing the same issue.

I have noticedthat too. Usually the easiest thing to do is go back and retype the space, as was said above.

It happens in the forums a bit too, but those can't be edited. It's a pretty common thing though as far as I've seen, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I think it only happens if you go back after writing something to remove or add a word or two, the spacing seems to get confused, so if you can try to avoid that, it might not happen so often. I don't know if that's the cause every time, but that seems to be what happens to me. I hope this helped a little bit!

That's probably it, I'm not the best speller and I have to go back and replace misspelled words all the time with the correct spelling. Unfortunately it's the whole profile that's not spacing so it might be a while but oh well. Thanks for the help guys!

I've tried this multiple times, and it still hasn't worked. Has there been any evidence that a certain browser or computer does this more often?

Also, I mean the spacing between paragraphs, not words, if that changes anything.

I had the problem with paragraph spacing. Switching to the html editor solved it for me.

Can confirm that switching to the html editor helps with the spacing issue. I switched to it after seeing this, and it's so much better now.

Oh yeah. Sorry, I thought you just meant between words.

There was some update relatively recently that changed the formatting rules and stuff, so I don't know if that was a glitch, but changing to HTML definitely fixed it.
