Formatting Help

Hello I’m new to the site and having a spot of trouble formatting my profile page. In the editor I’ll write my profile then save but then the spaces between paragraphs vanish so it all becomes one long paragraph and some of the punctuation becomes a question mark for some reason. I’ve tried toggling the option between text and HTML editor but nothing seems to be working I just get the same problem. Is it because I’m on a tablet and not on a computer? I do hope not as I don’t have access to a computer just my Tablet.

If anyone knows how to fix this I’d be very much glad of the help.
