Tarot is often far too complex for a yes-no kind of question, as very few cards cab be read as strictly positive or negative. Tarot, rather, is more a mirror against which the querent can reflect for advice asked, based upon intuition. Tarot rarely tells an absolutely accurate future, as the future is not set; when reading for the future, the drawn cards are more often a possible future based on circumstances, or merely a set of possibilities. Again, it is a mirror for advice and guidance.

That said, you did not say which spread you used, or what each position in that spread represents. Therefore, it is completely impossibly to give an interpretation, as there are tens of thousands of ten-card spreads in existence.

You could use a Tarot reading, pendulum might be better for this particular issue, and a pregnancy test would be best.
