Can we talk about gender?

Hey I just joined and I think I really like this platform. My one question for any admins that see this is about the Male/Female only gender options. Could you add on or more alternatives? My name is Josiah or Josie. I am non binary and use they/them pronouns. Feel free to add me!

As of now we only have those two options. However here are some things you could do:

• Leave the gender mark neutral, not picking one of the two.
• Choose the one you identify most with ( in the possible cases).
• State in your bio how you'd like to be addressed.

It would be fine to have more than two choices, but I think the 'male' and 'female' choices are because 1. Old site, but 2. covens make you priest or priestess based on your gender settings [and you can't change your gender and be reassigned to lead] so perhaps it will change, but you might want to put it in your bio so people don't misgender you.

Yeah I get that. thank you for clarifying. My struggle is mainly just not wanting to be a priest or a priestess.

I mean, as another Nonbinary person, it would be nice if there were Nonbinary or gender neutral options for Priest(ess)s, because otherwise I’d want to avoid being one, which is rather sad for me since I was hoping to eventually make a coven or group since I haven’t really found one yet that feels like it fits.
