I need a gain-weight spel

I am severely underweight. I need a spell to help me gain weight. Could someone please help me out?

Magic itself will not cause you to suddenly gain weight. However, it can help you with determination, and possibly with success.

Weight gain is all about taking in more calories than you are burning. But it is also important to make sure you are doing so in as healthy of a manner as possible -- that is, avoiding something like eating literal sugar (as an extreme example). It can lead to many other health complications. So, for example, eating some extra vegetables and protein, and being active in your life can help your body develop more muscle density in a healthy way. Exercises like calisthenics can help with this.

Something else to consider is your age. Based on your profile, it seems you're right in a transitional stage for a lot of people when you are getting taller faster than you may even realize. For some people this means becoming taller but staying thin. However, depending on your genetics (and consider your parents' builds, and your extended family as well, as therein may lie some clues to your physical appearance a few years down the road), you may be predisposed to being thin, or you may fill out over the next several years. Your body still has a lot of changes to go through as you approach adulthood.
