If there were any spell which guaranteed winning the lottery, then it would no longer worth entering the lottery, because everyone would play the winning numbers.

While it's certainly possible to cast a spell to try to increase your chances at winning the lottery, you're still very unlikely to win the lottery. In truth, the chances of anyone winning the lottery are pretty slim. Think about how many drawings occur with no winners. Now think about how many other people might be casting their own spells to win the lottery. That's a lot of magic pushing against magic which will most certainly cause a good deal of interference with any spell you try.

You might be better served by casting a generic money spell instead. You'll then want to go out and put in some effort to help the spell along, since magic needs a pathway to work.
