Nightmare or Predictions?

Eh seems like you get very symbolic dreams that actually happen but not in the same manner as the dreams

This is common with young telepaths. I suggest trying to harness it. If you don't ignore this power it can be a great advantage in life. Force it to happen more often. When you go to sleep say, I will have another prophetic dream (in your own words..)
If you can control it you can understand it.

Also , anoit your forehead with some mixed yarrow and lemongrass oil to , clear up your precognitive dreams and make them less scary . Also a piece of purple opal, or maybe amethysts under the pillow will do good.

The best thing you can do is keep a book and pens by your bed and try to write what happens. You'll figure out how to control the dreams in time and they'll be a great help to you in the future.
