It changes colour and all. Like the tips were a light blue like a blue agate then the turned a bit darker then started turning green and continues changing. The red stripes are red like a red Jasper or a carnelian. But they turned orange then back to red then go back and forth. When its red its a solid stripe. But when its orange it's a sketchy stripe. The centre part was mossy green then turned dark blue then turned dark green then brown then mossy green and repeats. Then there are these cloud looking formations that literally swirl around and it's at the two end tips. As for the centre part it sortof goes through these changes, but I have no idea how to describe the changes.
There's not a museum close by for me to get it checked there. The only local museum for a couple hour radius is the military museum here in town. And I don't have the resources to take a long drive to get it examined at a museum. But thanks for the input.
This looks to me like perhaps a piece of mugglestone. Mugglestone is a stone with naturally occurring layers of red jasper, hematite, and tigers eye. But as Brysing suggested you can take it to a museum, university, or other place that has a rock specialist. These people are going to be able to tell better than anyone just looking at at picture of it on the internet.
