Im not an ex-anorexia victim; I don't have an eating disorder. The doctor just tells me to eat much and often which I also do. I'm not dying and I don't continue lose weight but I don't like to be so skinny. It's just what I think. I am good at sports, I am a very fast runner and a good jumper so there is no health issue, its just that I want to look more feminine again.
And I don't want to get skinnier then hat I already am, I want to get more curves again. It's not about health, I am very healthy, It's about looks.
Try a chakra balansing it could help. they could be spinning too fast. or atleast one.
you can find chakra balancing meditation videos from youtube, so you neet just to listen what you have to visulize when meditating.
if that doesnt work. then do a spell to slow the fat burning. and you can write that spell yourself, it will work better then.
when you believe in something it will work :)
but ofcoarse if the spell feels to be working kind of spell then it will work, it you doubt then it wont work.
This might be something you already do but how about saying a blessing for the food you eat. Maybe just by remembering to give thanks for the food you eat is all you need to do.
So I totally understand where you're coming from and I do have a technique that might work for you. It isn't precisely a spell but it does involve what most people would call magic. Visualization specifically. If your body burns fat too fast and you'd like to keep some of it (especially in the right places), try a combination of eating high fat (healthy) foods like cheeses, whole milk and fried foods and using your mind to visualize your body storing fat in the places you want it. You will need to do a bit of research (the internet is great for this) into how the body stores fat. Then use the information you've looked up to meditate and picture your body storing fat in the places you want it. It sounds simple but once you try it you will find it tricky to keep your mind focusing on the right thing. It is also something you will need to do daily for a few weeks in order to see an effect. Ideally you should be doing this visualization several times a day. I find this sort of thing works best when you are visualizing it constantly...as in whenever you aren't specifically having to think about something else, visualize the process you want your body to do.
This works for many things, from increasing your immune system to fight off a flu or viral infection, to losing weight in the wrong places, to healing torn muscles or bruises. Obviously I recommend this as a supplementary treatment to modern medicine. We use modern medicine for a reason, because it works. Follow your doctor's advice but try this as well. It works very well for me. I use it in many situations. You'd be amazed what the body can do when given the right instructions. You can consciously control functions that are normally under subconscious control with practice and dedication.
Good luck and let me know if it works for you. The only down side I can say to this type of thing is it doesn't work at all if you don't have the willpower to remember to do it frequently. Once every other day isn't enough. The visualization has to be constant. The good news is that once you have seen results and have been doing it for a while, your body might get the idea and start doing it on its own.
(I look at magic as being very very spiritual, more spiritual than physical, so I do not believe that there are spells for every single problem that man-kind faces, I do not believe that is it's intended purpose and by using it in such manners is somewhat in vain, but everyone has their own beliefs.)
I can't "suggest" a "spell" for you but I can give you some physical advice.
What you can try to do is slow your metabolism down.
Try not eating all the time..
(I know that sounds crazy because your trying to gain weight... but by eating all the time throughout the day your keeping your metabolism working and burning fat all day long.)
Try eating big meals very spaced apart.
Don't eat in the mornings at all, that will cause your metabolism to store more fat whenever you do eat later on in the day because it thinks your body is starving and it will go into "starvation mode".
When you do eat try to eat foods with very little nutritional value... like junk foods and fast foods.Drinking soda is also a good way to add up the calories.
But all that is very unhealthy.
Instead of fighting your high metabolism you could try working with it by adding volume and shape to your body by adding muscle to tone your body, so instead of looking skinny you would be looking toned and athletic.
