Is it a spirit?

in such a state in meditation it sounds like you really got in touch with your inner self, your Oversoul, your spiritual self. usually one reaches this point because they begin to allow there physical body to be subdued and your soul to be more acknowledgeable to your Oversoul chakra, Spiritual Self which ever term you prefer. this is a good thing. you can learn from it and build a closer relationship with it through meditation. so do not fear it, converse with it and learn your true self.

@Zeizzie999 spirits seem to seek out those who are sad ? This is NOT the case spirits seek out people that are open minded and in tune with the spirit realm...spirit want's their loved ones to know they are not gone after death ..only the psychical body is gone and that they are near them and can still hear and see what's going on in the earthly plane..also spirit works in the spirit realm to help their loved ones through rough times...as the saying also goes positive attitude attracts positive spirits...negative attitude attracts lower enties ;)

that recapping of your over all life or full acknowledgement of yourself is good sign that you connected to your Oversoul. it is who you really are, it knows how great you are. This is usually called the awakening, or first revelation moment, some even call it the spiritual birthing or to be "born again" in some terms. crying happen often when people get in touch with it and gain peace after they commune with it.

People say they know who they are but after such a experience they begin to seek after there spiritual self cause they realize for so many years of there life they have not lived life with a spiritual goal, which is eternal.
