I have a Rose Quartz and Bloodstone pendulum...what is the best way to cleanse and recharge their energy?

I'd recommend the sun/moon method. This cleanses and charges them. Just simply leave them outside in your back garden, where nobody can take them, for 24 hours. :)

I have found leaving mine in an east facing window for 24 hours does a great cleansing.

** I may be crazy, but does anyone else have a pendulum spirit guide that has given it's name?
