Need help with hauntings.

What I like to do, when coming across "sticky" spirits, is make a bubble shield around my home and program it to only allow/sustain positive energies/influences. You may have to do it a few times for it to stick, but its quite effective.. also, ( I don't mind telling) the house we just moved into has runes literally in the wall surrounding it, kenaz, hagol, "thorn", and more.. these work in a very similar way. Spirits haunt people for a reason,rather its for a miscast spell,a famliy member who as passed,a spirit protecting you,etc.Any reason is possilbe in my way.You might think it in a different way,but this is just my guest.What have you done lately that might of caused it?

If you are ever offered such assistance please save all emails and alert a moderator about the situation.

Just ask it to leave. Most of the time spirits will listen. If not you can cleanse your home in a variety of ways.

Joulen PLEASE becareful with using hagalaz and thurisaz together. Hagalaz = hail is a destructive rune and Thurisaz = thorn is chaotic and aggressive. That's a disaster waiting to happen. If you were using it as a curse that would make more sense than as a protection or banishment. You don't want those two together near you.

I think the intent behind hagalaz is that it represents the destructive force of nature.. don't be afraid to think outside the box, :D

.. and the runes were here when I moved in. :D

Right firstly, I'm sick of seeing things lacking logic. Caitlin, are you sure there is actually a spirit 'haunting' you, or is there logical explanations for things that have been happening that would explain mishaps going on? Too many jump to supernatural conclusions, and I find it rather annoying. Try to include more detail next time, it helps.

Firstly, there are many methods you can use for banishing and purification. I'll list a few, and if you're serious about this and really worried, I'm sure you would take it upon yourself to find out how to do one after you have selected it.

• White Sage 'Smudge Stick'
• Sea Salt in Rooms
• Banishing Rituals (of your choice)
• Herbal Banishing or Protection Mojo Bag
• 'Counting' Remedy

I'm sure if you don't find these of any use you'll find some more. Try simply just talking to the spirit. Usually they just want attention of any kind, and you may get answers if you ask it questions. Don't bet on it, though.

what makes you sure its a haunting?, i mean i tried find a way to make a building be haunted for a while as a halloween prank. Not that i encourage using magick for pranks. i was more naive and stupid than i am now. for that to happen its takes some sorta death, or really really strong emotion,and not just some silly teen girl being ibtchy. ive actully tried this multple times. the best i ever gotten was to make a few keyboards,peice's of chalk, oh and a text book to go missing. they were found the next day.
