Well Love spells are considered to be very effective by many people, but actually its the true feelings that matter.

I would consider love spells that enhance already existing feelings as good, but one to force someone who has absolutely nothing for you, not even friendship to be unnessecary and cruel. Why would you want someone that wants nothing to do with you?
