Are you questioning your life, lifestyle, or just trying to find what you want to be? There are many possibilities. "I am me". Consider this as you think about your life, and what you want to do. Helping people can be done by serving, (as a waiter or something), as a healer (becoming a doctor or nurse or care giver comes to mind), or a crafter (there are many things needing made for people to use from spatulas to computers!). Or is it a spiritual question? What do you believe in? What is truth? What is the answer? Why am I here? Many things to consider here. Making good choices is a good start. Harming others is a big no-no in my book. Take some time to think about it all. Be a good person, and learn something new. Look into your interests and see what pops out for you. Can you help yourself? I don't mean that question to be rude at all, I'm really curious at this point, based on your line of questioning (and lack of answering), whether you're just at some crossroads in your life and you're looking for someone to give you the answers, with no effort on your part?

There are many teachers here on this very site.
(And most of them don't bite!)
Just look around a little, finding them is very simple.

Find one whose methods seem to appeal to you,
and ask to learn from them.
