I'm new to this and i need advice

Your a young person, new to witchcraft, rituals, spells and the trade. I think somebody should teach a class on what you can and can not do with spells and rituals. Basically you can do anything, as long as you have a "disclaimer"!

That was one of the first classes towards my B.Msc. degree. My Doctorate was a bit more extensive in following laws regarding spells and rituals.

Here's a quick example. Talking about silly laws. Many years ago (August 23, 2001) I received my Attunement in Reiki Level II. I was practicing Reiki until one day, the state of Florida passed a law that said Reiki is "treating" a person by "touch" (in Reiki you don't "touch" anyone) and the ONLY persons legally allowed to practice Reiki was a Licensed Massage Therapist. They later expanded it to MD's, RN's. I was told to "cease and desist" or pay an initial $5000 fine and jail time. It put a lot of us out of business.

A lot of people don't view magick as "Black" or "White" we view them as equals, this is because there is a balance of good and bad in everything.
