I believe you believe in magic or boly spirit miracles whatever but i have a question are not holy spirit and magic the same thing?
Also some people believe that they sell their soul to do magic and simply isnt true. I do have a question of great impor
tance how powerful can one person be. I am in a coven and one kid is believed to be the antichrist i refuse to believe it because he is only 15 years old i think its just biblical fear mongering.yet what of the lw of cycles???

Eissy I didn't mean to skip your post, I'm genuinely sorry for your sister. I know it's probably of no help to you, but there are people who believe that belief can cure anything, I'm not vouching for faith healers in general, but I believe magic can cure diseases
Wylandriah, I wouldn't care about how you're labeled. I don't. There are things that I've experienced and been apart of that I don't talk about on here though, too. But largely because of the reasons I stated above.
The truth is that I adore curious, inquisitive minds that are open to new ideas, and open to being wrong. If I'm proven wrong during a debate I love it. It means that I've learned something new. But after practicing for more than half as long as Anpu, and being on this site for several years, you start to distinguish when someone is going to just waste your time or not.

It's not that things must exist. Or even that all spells will work all of the time. To me it's this dialog of limitation. When you say something can't be done you limit not only the person you tell but also yourself. It's a combination of inner and outer dialog for as you type those words you also internalize them. I have no desire to be limited either by what I think or what I read.
Anpu i believe that magic is change and is only limited by the caster and no matter what believe in one self is the most powerful thing one person can do.
Magic is like imagination vissualize beieve and achieve.

While there are many things that magic can achieve, there are some that it cant. I mean absolutley no disrespect in saying this. At one time I fully believed that it could achieve anything. However, in the eight years I have been seriously ill I have never once found something that could fix my condition. I mean I have tried just about everything you could think of. Chants, prayers, asking entities and gods for assistance, poppetry, reiki... you name it I have probably been there, outside of paying a fortune or slaughtering another person for sacrifice. And I can honestly say, most everything else I have done in magic has worked. The reason I have been unable to be healed is because I have had metal inside me I am allergic to that needs to come out and only a surgeon could do that. If magic could achieve anything and everything I would definitely have found the means within all of my research.
People are not just "dismissing" things they do not have faith magic could do. There are some limitations to it unfortunately. I am not saying the things you practice or preach are not possible, just that some things are no probable through magic.
