Magic is real brysing so is our existance but if we don't believe we exist our existance is of no worth. I do agree with you not because you are a mod but because you have much more experience than me. And these are only my views it could be right or wrong..
As a medical professional I can tell you for a fact more weird things happen during a full moon in my profession. There is evidence based research. Cool we spent money on that.
But only my belief in the Maiden, mother and the crone that has me following moon cycles. Do I base what I do on the cycles not always. I do what feels right. But I never limit or stipulate what I do based on what phase the moon is in
Mr brysing, I don't think there are people on this site who do not know that the shape of the moon is caused by the positions of the sun, earth and the moon. I also find it interesting that you claim to be able to demonstrate magic and witchcraft. I would love to see how you can do that.
I do not believe that the moon has any effect on magick but that is just me and everyone should believe whatever they want to believe.

Well, Lucid, much of witchcraft/magic has been proven to be true by science. But there are still a few mysteries. One of the things I have demonstrated to pagan groups, is Dowsing. Science, as yet, cannot explain it. Neither can I explain it. But I know that it works.It's magic!
Gravity is the strongest of the four fundamental interactions at the macroscopic (big bodies) level and can be explained entirely with classical or Newtonian physics. The other three fundamental interactions are electromagnetism, strong nucleation, and weak nucleation. These otter three require quantum physics to understand but effect subatomic particles at significantly higher orders of magnitude (electromagnetism is 29x stronger at the subatomic level). Because magick is effecting the physical world by means not currently understood, I posit that gravity, a force produced by the moon, is much less important than the other three quantum interactions that

Yes, quantum physics must, somehow, affect Dowsing. But I have been tested, as have other Dowsers, be Scientists, quite a few times. They cannot explain how it works! It cannot be the materials; some use Hazel twigs, I use metal rods, some use Chrystal pendulums; all with equal results.
There is now a wonderful machine called a GeoPhysics Electronic Detector. It can do more than Dowsing, in so much as that it can detect underground solid objects, such as the old foundations of buildings. Dowsing cannot do that!
But when I was tested against the machine about ten years ago, I found the hidden metals faster than the machine!
So far as I'm concerned, that's magic!
