The different bodies are sort of layers in our souls.
The Astral body is the only one known to be able to project onto this plane without difficulty.
The error with the physical body projecting onto the astral, is the astral is not Physical. The varying levels between the spiritual and physical effects the energy, the energy on this plane is much more dense.
I tend to agree with what all of you are saying. Now, is there a way to permanently be able to see spirits (not "see" but literally see)and entites of other realms and dimensions. I agree about the different masses of energy, now, my next question is: is there a way to temporarily transfer your physical body into a ligher density form of energy (I would appreciate no sarcastic replies, such as "yeah, just light yourself on fire, and you'll change energy form!")?

Many suggest that opening your third eye chakra will allow you to see spirits on a permanent basis. Beyond this, practice an repeated contact will expand your consciousness and awareness in a manner that makes "seeing" as common as any other sense.
What you must remember is that this is not the same as normal, physical sight. Normal physical sight is based upon rays of light. Spirits and magical energies do not cause rays of light to react in this manner in most circumstances, so you must rely on your others senses to help you form the image for them. This is the reason that much of what you "see" spiritually hinges upon the way in which you perceive it. Colors, symbolism, and other such factors come into play here as you interpret them.
As far as making your corporeal body ethereal, this runs into the same difficulty. Your physical body is just that, physical. Some suggest that the particles can be excellent or otherwise transported (teleportation, etc) but honestly, this does not seem an aspect of spiritual exploration so much as it seems a facet of science. It is similar to turning sound into electronic signals within a telephone wire and then turning it back into sound again at the other receiver. Some also argue that this translates into being able to attune your physical body to a high enough vibration that it can enter the spiritual realms... but, frankly, if your body vibrates too much your organs rupture. So good luck with that.
Would there be a way to cause your entire body, including organs to vibrate at a higher frequency? Also, as far as the perception thing: my only concern there is that light as well as heat, also including spiritual entities, is energy. Some of it is visable (ex.:white light) and some is not _normally_ visable (ex.:ultra-violet +al., or infra-red -al.), however, there are ways of making this higher frequency light visable, is there a way to make these higher frequencies of energy visable to the eye. Finally, as far as the third eye opening: I have heard many, many ways of "opening your third eye," I am not sure how many of those ways are accurate, and how many are falsehoods; if anyone can give me a way to open my third eye, and explain how/why this works, and where you found this info., I would greatly appreciate if you said it. Thanks.

Aside from your questions about the third eye I believe I had answered your questions in my previous post, but I'll explain again.
The eye senses light. Not energy. This is simply the way that it is physically built. If you wish to view them in the same sense that you can look upon anything else, then what you are viewing must manifest light. Otherwise, the mind creates the image for you. Thus the concept of the "mind's eye," also known as the third eye, or the chakra you're so eager to open. You are burdening your ability to see with unnecessary worries and complication.
In theory it is possible to obtain a level of vibration that allows one to shift the physical form elsewhere, or otherwise alter it energetically. Again, I would point out that anything that vibrates intensely in the physical world tends to fall apart, combust, or otherwise react negatively. Why? Friction. If you vibrate fast enough to dematerialize then my bet is that even the friction generated by the air around you would cause combustion. Even if I'm wrong on that account, you can look at the vibration caused by blunt trauma. This relatively minor vibration hitting the body in a shockwave can cause organs to disrupt without necessarily even breaking the skin. The same concept is how a medieval warhammer works. Unless very specific circumstances were achieved so as to cause all of the organs and tissues and bones to vibrate in a very specific, uniform pattern and all friction was reduced, well... Enjoy internal hemorrhaging and feeling like everything is on fire. Assuming you increase your vibration in the first place.
As far as opening the third eye chakra goes, there are people on the site that can probably help you more. I don't work all that much within the hindu systems of magic - I find them to be helpful, but at the same time unnecessary. If you can sense energies tactilely, process them as a visual image, understand their flow, manipulation, and so forth... Burdening the whole process of understanding with very specific colors, locations, and purposes seems like so much extra baggage.
For example, someone may stress a great deal over third eye chakra and struggle to open it, keep it cleansed etc. This is the chakra linked to perception of magical energies, and the more tangible sight of which, and they very much crave to achieve this. However, they are already fully capable of sensing the energies around them. And in sensing these energies, they can already understand their nature. Further, with focus, they can visualize their nature. So then to what further purpose do they struggle with nothing but an alternative concept of the chakra? They have already achieved everything they seek to gain through the opening of the chakra, yet the believe it necessary to do more simply because they perceive the chakra to be the only path to success. The very struggle itself is contrary to the calm focus that is most successful in exploring all energetic methods.

I would also add that when molecules achieve a frequency of movement their physical form changes too. Water, for example, becomes ice when it slows and steam when it intensified. So theoretically you'd also have to keep all things intact and in their proper location while shifting through these other states of matter. This would be rather intensely unpleasant, as the various parts of the human body all have different melting / burning points. Your eyes, for example, would go well before your bones.

So you mean that we can see the spirits permanently after getting used to opening the third eye? You said that we see shapes and colours to see the entities. So would we ever see them as a transparent person or entity instead of seeing shapes? I am hope I'm making sense in the way that I am asking the questions. I am new to astral projection of any sort.
Which brings me to another question. Do you have to close your eyes to "see" things threw the third eye? Or can you see them when your eyes are open?

In an attempt to save awake's fingers from falling off (very very nice btw)
See it this way.
The spiritual world is parallel to ours. To them we are the see through ones. And to us they are. (They mainly see our spirit not our body) this is their advantage over seeing us.
If you taught a child that their imaginary friend (which is probably a spirit) was not imaginary, they would forever see spirits. Did you have an imaginary friend as a child? How did you see them? Some people are born with the ability to see spirits physically, some are not. If you could as a child, then you can now. What is stopping you is subconscious thoughts of doubt. "Its just my imagination" is a very common phrase that drives me crazy!
My advice to you is to learn to see auras first. Then use that knowledge to see spirits. Once you get comfortable with seeing them and KNOWING they are there. You'll begin to see them in full form in the corners of your eyes. If the sight holds, slowly! Move your vision toward them. Eventually you will be able to look directly at a spirit.
If you can't see auras then you are not clairvoyantly blessed. Which means it will take longer for you to acquire sight. Some people just can't get past the barrier of disbelief and doubt. If you are one, don't dismay.
Meditate, look around you and then close your eyes. Now look around you. Yes! With your eyes closed. Try to sense and see the room. It may look different! This is the spiritual energy of the room not the physical ones. Things may also be mirrored images. Once you see with clarity try to move (with your minds eye) to the next room. This is not astral travel. No out of body experiences! That's cheating.
Here is the best part. Call a spirit, animal guide, or spiritual advisor that you are familiar with into the room. Do you see him? Exactly where he is? Focus on detail. Now open your eyes while holding onto that. Eventually you will be able to look around a room this way with your eyes open anytime you like.
You can apply these two together, looking at the corner of the room you saw the spirit in your mind and attempting to see them physically. It usually starts off as what resembles the hot air off of an engine's hood in the summer (wavy air) that is shaped in the form of a human.

And there have been many accounts of people disappearing into the spiritual world. They don't come back! In buddhist belief this is called reaching enlightenment.
Anything else is nothing but a witch that ate shrooms, smoked salvia or exposed themselves to some other hallucinogenic and believed they were in the astral physically. I also knew a guy who smoked salvia and thought he was in "asia land" lmao. But I assure you he was very much on his bed flailing his arms around like an idiot. Which is why drugs are bad! And I've never done them. =)
