If you were on the astral plane you could use that to defend yourself. The class my friend goes to tell them to form anything out of energy to defend themselves, then again it's much easier when on the astral plane. :)

You can use umbrakenesis to blow light bulbs and to protect yourself

1 look at the shadow of and object , then close your eyes , imagen the shadow tottaly covering the light , untill there is no light left , then open your eyes and the the room will be dimmer and if you continu the light will blow , it works , me and my friend did it

Do we have video proof that spirits exist, no, and even the ones that do could be fake. I gues we have to assume spirits dont exist.

And that is the logic most people follow, freethinker. Most people outside of the occult believe that magick doesn't exist. The only way to "prove" it to yourself is to experience it firsthand.

Well science and paranormal researchers do have proofs that ghost and spirit do exist they have pics recording of there voices and videos even ! thats why they made Equipments like EMF EVP IR Thermometer Hydro meter etc to measure the electro magnatic fields of spirits there voices movements presence etc ...so they definitely do exist like you do..!!

I was being sarcastic, anyway, the only way to only prove it for yourself is to try it. But you have to try it and have complete faith that you can do it, but thats a problem, if you go into it being sceptical of the ability and yourself you will never be able to do it. I have proved to myself telekinesis exists, i dont care if any of you dont think it exists, and no i am not going to put up a video of it, why should i waste my time putting up a video. When all thats going to happen is sceptics will take turns screaming that it is fake, dismissing it and going back to there normal lives under the illusion that everything can fit in their little world veiw.
