Well, if you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.
You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.
Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.
So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
The truth of the matter is and ironically like in the Harry Potter film there really isn't such a thing as a love spell but more of a infatuation spell. The Art of magic really isn't like hocus pocus like in the movies. Magic is the art of using your own energy or another's energy to accomplish a goal. A good example of this is like a well educated preacher moved with passion in his faith. He preaches to a congregation but the congregation doesn't wanna hear his preaching. Magic is the art of skillfully applying that which is spiritual in such a way for example as taking his preaching and portraying it in such a light that people will perceive what the person is trying to say and be moved by it and therefore are willing to listen. This is why the use of anointing oil is used to help them receive this light. For example lots of people practice magic in the wrong way and get nothing whether good or bad from it because they're doing it wrong. Take for example candle magic one of my favorite ones to study. A lot of people who practice it do it incorrectly anointing a pink candle with sensual oil and chanting such and such be mine so mote it be, they happen to think is a spell. People might think I am judging but you know what, just because the majority believes 2+2=5 doesn't make it right ;) So to get to the nitty gritty then what is actual Candle magic? That pink candle being anointed with the sensual oil for your spell is actually a person. The oil called sensual oil is really just the special blessing coming out of your heart so it may receive the words of the spell. The lighting of the wick of that person who is the candle is the lighting of your anointing the dawn of it. So the person can clearly see how much you truly love the person. If the boyfriend is the pink candle you must ask yourself is he truly ;) pink if not make him the way. The idea concept of this spell is for your desired loved one to see the actual love you have for him so he can see it in a appreciative light. When one applies this oil of sensuality which is probably not the best oil for the job lol one most cover the victims whole body and soul with it so when you enlighten them by lighting their wick they see your love for what it is. Or perhaps see you in a different light. I hope this was helpful to you.
The best thing to do is probably to move on: if they're no longer interested in you, let them go. It can be hard, but it's better than forcing someone to like you against their will.
