Shielding technique: Color or Aura shield

1. Ground and Center

2. Visualize a bright light within you (This can be the color of your aura, it usually is for me, or it can just be a color that corresponds with your purpose, see colors)

3. See the light growing until it is engulfing you, protecting you

4. See the negativities being sucked into it and then sent down to the earth to be cleansed and reused.


This is a great shield technique because unlike the simple mirror shield it doesn't trap the negativities that were already around you in with you. This also maintains its form whether you think about it or not. To drop this shield just do the steps in reverse.

A note on the mirror shield, you could make it a two way mirror, that is to say, the kind of mirrors used in questioning by the police, where it reflects if your on the outside, but u can see somewhat clearly from the inside, thus not traping energy inside and reflecting what it is u want reflected

Meditation Technique: Healing
This will teach you how to heal pain and injuries through meditation. I can personally vouch for this technique.

1. Start with the first meditation technique taught so that you can clear your mind

Your next step is depending on what kind of pain you have. For minimal pain see step 1. For Sharp maximum pains see 2. And for a broken bone see step 3.

1. For minimal pain visualize the cells in your afflicted part of the body as being injured. Now see them be wiped of all injury.

2. For really painful injures visualize the injured cells dying and new healthy ones take their place.

3. For a broken bone see the cells pulling your bone back into place and mending it.

You can visualize anything you feel comfortable with. If you are comfortable visualizing your cat, see her/him in your mind, clearly.

i must commend your efforts sagesk, very good post. But its funny i have written posts like these and such has other members the sad this is, we always get the same question

in what position should you sit ? should u try visiolising while you meditate ? what is the best time and placw to meditate ?

Truthfully, these are really good basics for someone who already knows a few things like what it feels like to "feel centered" and what it looks like to "picture energy flowing".

For anyone who has trouble because they don't know these things, there is a small lesson that is a little more descriptive (and admittedly a little wordier) on my bio. I put it there so it didn't get buried in forums.
