I beleive when you use another language it sets the mood away from the ordinary. But that is just my opinion

Ah Blackrobes/Gnarus anyone can find out what Sacerdos Obscurus means with a few hits on google and a little research Lol :P....Sacerdotis Candidus or Sacerdotis Niveus is the latin word for White Priestess or maybe a Snowy Covered White Priestess(I could be wrong :P).....Ok that was my attempt at a bit of mild humour Lol!
Latin is a very complex language to learn with many meanings for one word.

But on the subject at hand if you believe the language you're speaking in a spell has more power then it will the key word here is "believe"

The language itself is of no importance only your belief in it!

As for Latin being a dead language I dont think it is I love Latin and the way some words just roll of your tongue when you pronounce them and in case some of you didn't know in latin words that start with V are pronounced as a W and a C is pronounced with a K..even though C and K are very similiar in their vibrations.
Also a lot of latin quotes are still used a lot as wells as some in lyrics.

It has been a long time since I've studied latin by I still have a love for it.
I have a challenge for anyone who cares to take it :p
I tried to translate a phrase I wanted from english to latin and I'm still not sure if it's correct or not, but I'm not going give you the my english phrase, just the latin one to see if you can work it out :)

"Probo spiritus assurrectus ad astram" so anyone know?? :)

Love and Light

If there were a language only ever used for workings of a sacred and/or magickal nature, I'd say it has more power to it.

dude i think there is no language for spells, when you cast spells you must think of the output of the spell it will help, that's what it really matters
