You can not time travel. 1. Time is perception and 2. it's just not possible by the laws of the physical. So there's no such thing. Even in the astral you can get a glimpse of a past life but you're not actually traveling back in time. So it's just not possible

some spells from charmed could be altered to be okay

First off I just want to say I love how InOnMyOwn changed his story, first the witches were being burned, someone told him they were hanged. So he said he saw them being hanged. Then someone told him there really were no actual witches in Salem. Then it was just stupid birthing mothers not knowing they were in labor and blaming it on the wierd chicks (how do you not know you're in labor?).
And secondly, it is physically possible to slow down/speed up time. All you need is the right circumstances. For example, we have Steve. Steve (being a highly accomplished astrophysicist) builds his own space ship. He then goes and flys out of the atmosphere, and begins orbiting the earth at 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 the speed of light (its impossible to actually go speed of light). Now he keeps this up for an entire year, 365 days, and then returns to earth. However, upon returning to the earth he finds that hes actually been gone for about a year and a half. How is this possible? Because gravity affects everything, including time. The close you are to a body of strong gravity, the faster time moves. By removing himself from the influence of that strong gravity by first exiting the earths atmosphere and then traveling close to the speed of light, Steve has actually managed to slow time down for himself. (NOTE: This is just an example, the gravitational difference between the surface of the earth and the area just outside of our atmostphere is to minute to actually produce such an effect, at least not as strongly)
Now I've never heard of Chronokinesis, but as I see it, it sounds highly plausible, and if anyone has any information regarding it, please don't hesitate to message me.
