I prefer TheisticSatanism as a website to visit, over JoyofSatan. The information is generally presented a lot better.

In any case, while I can't really say I'm a Satanist in any degree, LaVeyan or Theistic, I do take a good interest in Theistic Satanism (and LaVeyan, though I've done more than a fair share of reading within that regard already) and so, if you wish, you can also contact me, though I'm not sure if I could be of much help.

There are also a good few books on Theistic Satanism out there (and some of them are ones I own, by chance!) that could guide you to your answers, though, keep in mind; every Satanist will probably have a different perspective on many of the questions you may wish to ask, so don't take any answer you hear to be objectively true. :-)

Now that I hear more about it....I'm not sure i totally agree with laveyan teachings just for the fact that their beliefs are that once you die you are put in the ground and that's it....I believe in. Some sort of an afterlife but I'm confused as to which satanic beliefs also follow that belief of an afterlife?

Well, from what I understand, most Theistic Satanists seem to believe in an afterlife to some extent as well; not all. By no means does a belief or worship of a deity or deities mean, that therefore, there *must* be an afterlife. You can have one without the other, by all means.

I don't really think there are many "set beliefs" for Satanists in that regard. It's not like all Satanists read out of a "holy" book; it's a rather individualistic belief, for the most part, though there are certainly some places where they have rather set ideas (such as the JoS website).

The Satanic Hell is a lot like the Greek/Hellenistic version of Hell, that in which it is believed the Underworld is for mortal souls, and the heavens are for gods and goddesses. In the Satanic view, everyone goes to Hell when they die and can basically do whatever they want until they are reincarnated. I am not a Satanist, I just read about it.

Thiestic satanism generally believes in hell as a place that you go after death. I generally look at heaven as a place where angels hang out. If you have questians feel free to mail me.
