You do not astral project physically.. since Astral and physical are two different things.. -_-..

Agreed. I've tried for a long time and I just can't seem to separate. X.X It gets to the point where I feel light headed and I can't even feel my body anymore but I just can't quite get it. What am I doing wrong?

You are trying to hard.. you need to relax.

Try meditation.
And b4 u go to sleep relax every muscle in ur body.
Google 4 some chi meditation and relaxing.

My only advice is, stick to your method!
The more methods you try, the harder it gets!
Trust me...i astral projected in 2 weeks but then my mentor told me to quit (i still dont know why) and i did...i've been trying to A.P. for 4 years now and tried all sorts of methods and the more i try the harder it gets for me...so just stick to it and be patient...good luck!

I have been doing it for some years...I know when I was about 13 I was so erratic and I read an Eliphas Levi book where he said picture a red sun, this was for day time travel, night time wasn't a problem. Now some many years, I now just stare at an object, and go into trance and that's about it.
