another way to "hear" spirits even if your don't have an open third eye like me though i can hear them from time to time since I could always see them and feel them in the beginning...you can have them talk to you in your dreams since they can control your dreams at times and send you messages...make sure they mean no harm and be nice to them because remember they have feelings too and in fact seem to be more easily to make them get angry and such than a human...though depends on the spirit and human you are talking about also

Yes 'evil' is a wrong word I used. I meant harmful spirits. Although the harmful ones have reasons as well. Some spirits such as suicidal ones have an anger. Or some simply fed by the fear and negative energy they make.
3 am is mostly the time they are active. And watching a horror movie will only lead to be possessed easier because you will have more stress and less control. You should be calm before contacting any spirit.
You can hear them without any need of third eye. I myself hear them but mostly in my mind.
But except some sort of spirits, all they can do is to cause mental problems unless you let them in the physical realm. When using a board just make sure you don't open the gate.

Once a gate is open, its hard to send them back. So the best is not to ask for any physical signs of a spirit. If a gate opens, spirits may bind themselves to other objects or even a person there. You can banish them and to prevent such thing, simply do the seance in a circle. If your circle is strong enough, which means you have put a great amount of energy, it cannot be broken easily, yet there are always chances of that. Have a banishing spell and your atheme would help.
Once for closing a gate or a bridge where the spirit finds a way to enter the physical plane, Just use salt or incense, and cleanse the house or wherever you opened the gate. Bless the house and it will be done.
Ya but some spirits are followers. Rather they are good or bad. Some will always be there. You wonder why when someone moves out of a home that had a supernatural going on. It follows them to the next house. Simply it's a follower.
Yes it is but you can banish them as well if you don't like them. Since the spirit which follows me doesn't have any harm, Its ok with me. She wants someone to talk to, so I give her that. Some spirits, like my follower, are friends of past lives.
