Clairvoyance is not the ability to see the future. "Clair" may refer to a set of abilities of experiencing something beyond the normal, five senses. Clairvoyance is seeing beyond what the physical eye can normally tell you. Sort of like naturally coming by remote viewing. Clairaudience refers to hearing, clairsentience refers to feeling/touching, and so on...

Precognitive dreams I think is where you were originally headed here. lol

I see terminology has to be learned better. I am saying this because some may think that Clairvoyance is simply the ability to see the future, which is a wrong thing to say. I would personally go over the basic terminology and memorize it.
