It's obvious that your belly dancing is what triggers the dream state that you enter afterwards, meaning that this is a form of relaxation that your body uses to ready itself to be more aware once you enter sleep. I know that it seems scary, but as you practice this method, you will begin to become aware within your dreams, giving you the ability to lucid dream and dream scape, giving you more control and less reasons to fear.

But, the main you thing you must do is pay attention and do what you can to remember your dreams once you wake, because it is quite obvious that you are receptive to the needs of others silently crying out for help. The ones chasing you in your dreams can be perceived as the evil energy resonating from the ones who are causing harm to other. Thank you all who responded. This is very important information dor me and I do not take it for granted. I have a lot of work and reading to do. I'm coming to realize that studying this stuff is going to be as mandatory in my life as much as elementary school. I'm not going to get around it.
If anyone could recommend a list if readings for me please provide one so I don't waste my time studying" fluff".

P.s. since my bf met these people AFTER I started dreaming about them does that mean the strands if the web are predetermined in some way? Or we "attract" the strands

I do not believe in pre-destiny. But I do believe in old bonds being there and revived as they pull to one another naturally until they meet again--kindred spirits. But it all depends on your personal beliefs, I'm not here to shape those. I believe in life before and after this existence, but some do not.

I understand what you mean but I haven't completely separated the two in my mind. I have an ancient memory of the mother of the children an my bf but no memory of the children. I have a few other ancient memories, some people I know now I knew then. I guess thats what I mean by having difficulty with the predetermination. Its almost like I'm stuck with certain people and some I don't care to be stuck with.

I hear you on that one! There are ways to disconnect from such people. You have to sever the bond and it can be done through ritual. But you really need to make sure that you want that and that it is a good idea. Something to get a few divination attempts on (asking various people, guides, or doing it yourself) before making the cut.

I have done some visiting with people living and dead . Someone showed me a place that was some sort of representation of parallel frequencies and such. All the conversations in these two places dealt with past lives and higher self choices. I knew the dreams were not just dreams after I found out that the people I was talking to had died and the things they talked about were related to their death. Very complex stuff. I wish I was educated on what I'm dealing with so that I could be more clear and helpful. Its been a lot to deal with!
p.s. it sucks not to be able to read in dreams or ap. Street signs would really be handy!

Yeah I agree on part of the not being able to read in dreams, as I had this letter in a dream I had and as I was trying to read it I was struggling then a man told me what it said, strange dream! XD
