a mage is not some one who have one type of magic but them all
they will know all walks of life to balance the world
they will know green craft to talk to the trees and heal the animals
they know the sayings to the gods to call them to the right times
they know harm magic to fight that dares to fight
they know healing magic to heal the weak
they know blood magic to summon high beings to heal others and to harm others
a true mage will know good and evil and will follow light and dark path
they know necromancy to talk to the dead and to put it to peace
they know demon and angel magic to call them both
they will worship the light gods and the dark gods
they will heal good and evil if they are hurt
there may be too few true mages... but i have been lucky enough to find many over the last few months. thank you eddy, your words of wisdom i can only hope will inspire many to find more to themselves.;D
i totally agree with you there eddy.
i do not see "white witches/mages or black witches/mages" energy is neutral and can be used for which ever purpose the weaver chooses. It is the witch/mage that puts the intention behind its use.
You cannot fully understand and harness one "type of magic" without knowing the other.

what many people forget that a true mage is to care and harm the world in balance if there was 4good people and 5 evil people mage job be to take out an evil but if it was another way around it be the mages job to take out good
a true mage will turn to the nature more than human to talk a mage will hear storys from the wind will see were water is from rivers to feel from the trees and watch rebirth in fires of the woods
a true mage will suffer from humanty proplems though they all ways have to fight there good and evil but this should be for ever one if you just got one or the another your oley 50% alive
they will also know religions of the world chritain the cross can be a good protection amlet and there are christain spells i have a few. a true mage will speak latin jewish and araharb
Okay correction to the blood magick thing. I'd say a true mage would only use his/her own blood and not others', as to not harm them. Apart from that it sounds quite good.
nope wrong a true mage will use others blood to bind them to hold a connestion chant to heal or send pain and to kill with a ture mage will be good and evil dont forget
Eddy, I was thinking of your analogy about 4 good people and 5 evil people. I'll go ahead and leave that be for the sake of argument ;) anyway, this wa my thought. If you say you're job was to take out the bad in said scenario, if you stay to watch, the tides will eventually turn again. Someone will favor. Let's say now there are 4 good and 3 evil. Now it's the other way around. Problem is it will continue in this mannner. I guess what I'm getting at is that if you're the only true neutral force to begin with, wouldn't the only options be take them all out or let it sort itself out?
