I was really sick last night and when I went to bed my dog was lying on it also. So I layed down and was petting her, when I closed my eyes, a picture just popped into my head, I saw us lying on the bed I was covered in red light and I felt intense heat, my dog was covered in green light. The green light started to go up my arm and wherever it went it felt cool. I pushed the red light back down my arm and it started to burn, then I fell asleep letting the green light wash over me and when I got up this morning I felt great. does this mean that my dog healed me, or what happened?

lol, well done your dog is a familiar, work hard on her energy levels and start letting her sit with you when you meditate and push onto her when you talk to her.

How do I work on her energy levels

Try adjusting your energy pulse, or your energy take in so to fit hers. Also, a neat thing to try would be creating a psi ball without your hands mabey at the foot of your bed, and rolling it (throw visualization) and see if your dog follows. This could indicate a sensitivity to psi, or ability to scan subconsciously deep within your dog. Also, it's true that most cats and dogs are natural healers, teleps, and emps.
