Personal items

This was touched on under the "making a spell" thread, but I wanted to go into it further. This is part of what I have learned while I was away from SOM.
According to Hoodoo Folk Magick, here is a list of personel items used in workings in order of importance. These items can be used for good or evil. In a working, the weaker of these items can be combined to increase their power.

Genital fluids: menstrual blood, semen, vaginal fluids.
Other bodily fluids: urin, sweat, blood, spit.
Hair: pubic, head, armpit, beard.
Person's unwashed clothing: underwear, socks, handkerchief.
Person's foot track lifted from the dirt.
"Shed" body items: nail clippings, baby teeth.
Person's bath water, wash water, drinking water.
Something person owned or wore.
Something person touched...like cigarette butt.
Photo of person.
Drawing or silhouette of person.
Person's business card.
Person's full name written on paper 9 times.

I also learned of the importance of properly disposing of ritual materials after using them. It's not every known way, just a general list.

Earth back to Earth
Water back to water
Fire back to fire
Air back to Air

Desposing of the ritul offerings is actually not that hard so say I was calling on a God or Goddess and my spell had used alot of the air element I would toss the offerings to the wind

Thats a lot easier than what I learned. :)

Very interesting i think i can share my personal life a bit.

I try never to spit without reason, clean up blood fast, and bury my tail now clippings.

I'm a paranoid witch. I fear someone will try to use my own life against me.
